Dysfunction of the fascial network compromises the efficiency of the body; fatigue and pain are often the results. Myofascial approaches are relatively simple methods, creating a freeing, unraveling, and softening of fiber components.

Instructor: Cecile Martin is a health educator, business owner and bodyworker with nearly 15 years of experience in the field of complimentary health education. She is the director and principal teacher of Bodyworks Massage Institute.

Requirements: These workshops are open to licensed, certified, or professional massage therapists, bodyworkers certified in other non-invasive, gentle modalities, BMI students or by permission of the instructor.
