• Full-Body Relaxation Massage - Includes back, legs, feet, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and head. You are modestly draped at all times for your comfort and warmth.
   
• Deep Tissue Massage - a more specific focus on your areas of concern, e.g. neck & shoulders, low back, etc.
   
• Reflexology - Foot Massage for total health! A sympathetic and gentle way of treating a variety of ailments through reflex points on the feet.
   
• Myofascial Release - Fascia is described as the most pervasive tissue in the body, a three-dimensional network from head to toe. This is a highly interactive stretching technique that requires feedback from the patient's body to determine the direction, force and duration of the stretch to facilitate maximum release of tension in the tissues.
   
• Craniosacral Therapy - A gentle method used to dissipate the negative effects of stress on your central nervous system. The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
   
• Sports Massage - For use during training and conditioning, as well as a preparation for and recovery from a competitive event.
   
• Pre-Natal Massage - A specific series of techniques used to help eliminate physical, mental and emotional stressors for mothers-to-be. You are comfortably supported at all times. For Dads too!
